We were honoured to make The Urban List’s round up of the 50 must-eat meals around Melbourne right now with our Grundlegend Fondue.
The Grundlegend (German for ‘the ultimate’), if you’ve never encountered it, is a heady mix of Truffle Pecorino, Swiss Emmental, Gruyere L Etivaz, Remy Martin VSOP Cognac and French sparkling Monmousseau Brut Etoile, finished with Truffle Honey. It really is the ultimate fondue.
