Article: Where to Go For Date Night in Melbourne

The Urban List Melbourne recently included us in their round up of 5 Great Date Nights as the perfect Foodie Date. We are inclined to agree that there’s something lovely about sharing a cheeseboard and a couple of glasses of wine in our little fromagerie.

“If ever there was a match made in foodie heaven, then surely it would be cheese and wine – we are mad for the combo! So it goes without saying that when it comes to great date night ideas, we are definitely in favour of some creamy brie and delicious pinot noir action. Where to take your boo for said action? Make a beeline for St Kilda’s Milk The Cow – their indulgent cheeseboards are a thing of beauty, not to mention the perfect dish to share with your date. The cheese fondue and cheese flights (five types of cheese matched with your choice of wine, whisky, beer, cider, sake or fortified) are also epic – total foodie heaven!”

Article: The Best Espresso Martinis in Melbourne

We’re delighted that our Espresso Flip, that comes garnished with a wedge of Beehive Barely Buzzed cheese, was recently chosen to be included in The Urban List’s definitive round up of the best Espresso Martinis in Melbourne!

“Coffee and cheese don’t seem like perfect partners but Milk the Cow has found a way to ensure they live in harmony (in our bellies at least). Their “Espresso Flip” comes with a hunk of Beehive Cheese Co.’s “Barely Buzzed” fromage as a garnish. The cheese is hand-rubbed with a custom-roasted coffee blend and lavender and boasts butterscotch and caramel notes to complement the martini.”

Wedding – Jacinta & Bart’s Cheese Tower

We were enchanted with the cake we designed recently to go with Jacinta & Bart’s Woodland theme wedding.
