Milk the Cow is all about the cheese. Stocking over 150 cheeses (and counting!), curated vigilantly so you can experience some of the greatest artisan cheeses from all around the world.
To start we indulge you and your guests in a cheese and whisky flight: we match four styles of whisky with four standout cheeses so you can sink into sensory overload. Our Sommelier and Cheesemonger are here to assist you and your guests for the afternoon; they will talk your guests through the secrets, techniques and myths behind artisan cheese.
After your flight, consult with your specialist Cheesemonger for the afternoon to discover your own personal favourite, perhaps even pairing it with a matched wine, beer or one of our expertly made signature cocktails. Gourmet condiments, breads and homemade lavosh are the perfect accompaniments to our cheeseboards.
We have a purpose built tasting table (completely with a swing seat!) that seats up to 12 guests comfortably, furthermore there is also adjoining bar seating for 5 more guests. Our Bull Nights usually run for two hours. Prices start from $55 per person.
