Love cheese but want to know more?
Forget the standard cheeseboards and supermarket cheeses and come and learn about the brilliance and delicacy of artisan cheeses from all over the world.
The intimate workshops are once a month for a 2.5 hour session, covering all aspects of cheese. There is a maximum of 16 people in each class.
This is the perfect chance to begin or expand your cheese knowledge and education.Laura Lown our specialist Cheesemonger will be hosting the evening, discussing in detail the four main styles of cheese; washed rind, white mould, hard and blue. Be guided through these different styles of cheeses with tantalising tastings and fun facts exploring the amazing world of cheese. This class will also focus on details of how to flavour match wines with cheeses.
