We are lucky enough to have secured an rare event with the owners and cheesematurers of Cashel Cheese, joining us from Ireland for their very first trip to Australia this month!
Sergio and Sarah Furno will join us in our Grenier Room at Carlton for an afternoon masterclass event that takes a deep dive into their award-winning farmhouse Cashel and Crozier Irish blue cheeses.
We couldn't let an event slide without matching some boutique beverages of course! Sergio and Sarah will be recommending their favourite matches that pair beautifully with their blues - four matches, two cheeses in total for contrasting pairings.
This the perfect way to spend an afternoon for any blue cheese lover, with a chance for an in informal Q&A with some true artisans of the industry.
