Join us as we invite Simone Maynard, aka The Sake Mistress, into our Grenier Room for the very first time to take us on a masterclass tasting journey of four sakes, matched to four cheeses from our cabinet.
Simone developed her interest in, and passion for, sake from a very early fascination with Japanese culture, and 20 years experience in the food and beverage industry. She holds a WSET Sake Level 3 and is an Advanced Sake Professional, certified by the Sake Education Council in Tokyo.
She will join our cheese experts to guide you on a signature flight, discussing the production methods, tasting profiles and rich history and stories behind the artisan produce.
