Ring in the New Year with a 5-course, cheese-centric degustation supper at Milk the Cow.
Made for intimate celebrations with your nearest and dearest, our cheesemongers will guide you through an evening of matched cheese and boutique beverages including a refreshing Henrietta’s Blend cocktail on arrival with matched amuse-bouche before we present an all sparkling wine and cheese flight with four perfectly matched pairings. Then we move on to a Garde Manger board loaded with terrine, housemade frittatas and delicious bites. Individual Baked Triple Cream bries come matched with premium wine before a dessert of goat chèvre boozy gelato and fortified wine. We finish with a countdown and toast at midnight to welcome 2018.
