Bass & Flinders produce grape spirit using a traditional Alembic Pot Still to create a range of world‐class distillations including award-winning gins, Australia's first grape based Vodka, Limoncello, and of course their outstanding five year aged spirit, Ochre.
You'll enjoy a Sheerwater vodka cocktail on arrival, a guided 3-spirit and cheese flight including their Angry Ant gin and the famed Ochre, perfectly matched to cheeses from our 6-metre cabinet, and finish with their local Limoncello, which our cheesemongers have matched to an iconic local cheese.
