    Christmas Deliveries

    • We are delivering right up to Friday 22 December 2023. 
    • Order by 10.30am for Same Day Inner Melbourne Metro delivery, while delivery slots last. Orders placed after 10.30am are dispatched next day. 
    • Order by 10.30am Wednesday 20 Decemberfor Interstate, Regional Victoria and Outer Melbourne Metro Deliveries. 
    • Feel free to order ahead of time, simply select your desired delivery date on the Cart Page. 
    • If you'd like your delivery to arrive with a special message, add this into your Order Notes on the Cart Page and we will arrange it. 
    • This time of year we can be delivering up to 8pm at night in some cases. You can track your deliveries with the link we send you the morning of despatch.

            Melbourne Metro Deliveries

            • Melbourne Metro deliveries are made Monday - Friday, when you make a minimum $50 order. 
            • Order by 10.30am for Same Day Inner Melbourne Metro delivery.
            • Orders placed after 10.30am are dispatched next day. 
            • $5 delivery is available to St Kilda, St Kilda East, Balaclava, Elwood, St Kilda West, Albert Park, Middle Park, Carlton, Carlton North, North Melbourne, Collingwood, Parkville, CBD (Minimum $50 order value) 
            • $10 delivery is available to Albert Park, South Melbourne, Port Melbourne, Prahran, Windsor, South Yarra, Toorak, Caulfield North, Brighton, Elsternwick, Ripponlea, St Kilda Road, Brunswick East, Brunswick, Clifton Hill, Fitzroy North, Princes Hill (Minimum $50 order value)
            • $15 delivery is available to Richmond, Hawthorn, Hawthorn East, Armadale, Glen Iris, Malvern East, Brighton East, Camberwell, Docklands, Southbank, Kew, Footscray, Yarraville, Moonee Ponds, Newport, West Footscray. (Minimum $50 order value) 
            • $20 - $25 delivery is available to the rest of Outer Melbourne Metro. Allow 1-2 days for delivery. Our delivery zone encompasses suburbs within 30 minutes of our St Kilda store, for areas beyond that we use StarTrack for overnight delivery. Enter your postcode at checkout to check your shipping rate. (Minimum $50 order value). If delivery cannot be made for any reason and the parcel cannot be left in a safe place, the hamper will taken to the nearest post office and will need to be rescued.

              Interstate Deliveries - Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane

              • $30 delivery is available to Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Hobart & Canberra as well as regional areas of NSW, SA, QLD and TAS.
              • Order by 10.30am Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday for next day delivery from our Melbourne store to any of our interstate destinations.
              • Orders placed after 10.30am on Wednesday will be dispatched the following Monday. This is to avoid your cheese being caught in transit or a warehouse over a weekend, which wouldn't be fun for anyone.
              • While we always ship overnight with StarTrack and send tracking to the recipient's provided email address, sometimes your order can take up to 48-72 hours to arrive. The cheese is packed on ice and insulated so it can survive the journey! If delivery cannot be made for any reason and there is no safe place to leave it, the hamper will be taken to the nearest Post Office and will need to be rescued. Please keep a close eye on your tracking information.

                Pick Up - St Kilda & Carlton Stores

                • Pick up is available at our stores 7 days a week, during normal opening hours until late. 
                • Same Day Pick Ups will be ready at the stores after 3pm.
                • Weekend Pick Ups must be ordered by 10.30am Friday. 

                    The Finer Details

                    • When they arrive to you, will have a minimum shelf life of one week. Many cheeses can last longer than this if stored correctly. Some cheeses will come as full units in their original packaging, in this case you will find a best before date affixed to the cheese. 
                    • Your cheese will arrive packed on ice and inside sustainable woollen insulation to ensure they show up in their best condition.
                    • Please make sure the delivery address details are correct, with as much information as possible. Packages misplaced due to incorrect delivery details cannot be refunded and may not be able to be reshipped due to the nature of the products. 
                    • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, only to physical addresses. It's best if someone will be there to receive it in person. Cheeses can get lonely if you leave them unattended too long. 
                    • Please remember, cheese is a seasonal product... so quality and supply can vary. While we will always try our best to fulfil your order exactly, on some occasions we may need to substitute products. We always swap like for like. If the switch-out does vary drastically will advise you by email before dispatching your order. If you are particularly attached to a particular product within your order, please let us know in the order notes so that we can inform you in the event that we don't have it available.
                    • Please note that due to the nature of working with fresh and seasonal products, the photos shown across our website are examples only. Our inclusions regularly change depending on what is ripe and available. We can always guarantee the quality of the cheeses though. 

                      Warning – Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence: To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $19,000), For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $800).
