It is with pleasure we announce a very special evening at Milk the Cow featuring Philippe Goux, Affineur and General Manager of Marcel Petite Comté. This master of France’s most popular AOC cheeses joins us to showcase five different Comté profiles alongside a variety of boutique beverages, including limited supply and some that are not available for usual consumption in Australia.

La Nuit Blanche Live
Join us each month as we welcome Melbourne singing sensation Raleigh Williams and her band La Nuit Blanche to Milk the Cow for a night of fromage, wine and French live music.
“Melbourne-based, French-inspired ensemble La Nuit Blanche seeks to bring the French music they love to a modern Australian audience. Featuring the gypsy sounds of accordion and guitar, and the sexy jazz brawn of saxophone and double bass, with purring jazz and pop vocals. Bringing you the songs of Eartha Kitt, Charles Trenet, Camille, Vanessa Paradis, the Amelie soundtrack, Django Reinhardt… Oh la la, c’est si bon!“
Tickets are just $20, and include a glass of French wine on arrival. Tickets that include an all-French cheese and wine flight and a glass of French sparkling on arrival are available for $40 per person. Limited tickets at the door.
Held upstairs at our Carlton fromagerie, our full a la carte menu and cheese selection is available on the night.

We pit Italy and Australia head to head in this month’s Perfect Match, with four Italian style wines from Primavera matched to four farmhouse Aussie cheeses in a very friendly cultural showdown. We are delighted to announce a very decadent event with a Milk the Cow favourite. Kyla Kirkpatrick, The Champagne Dame, joins us between jaunts to Paris for one night only for a Champagne & Cheese Masterclass.
Four champagnes from some of the best maisons in France, paired with four incredible cheeses for a luxurious guided flight where you will learn about the history, stories, artisan production methods and even etiquette behind France’s most delicious exports.

Help support TLC for Kids
TLC for Kids is the leading Australian children’s charity helping sick kids and their families cope with the challenges of everyday life with illness.
TLC for Kids believes that the little things make a big difference. Their Distraction Box Program offers a box of therapeutic items in medical treatment rooms, distracting and guiding the child through the procedure. Meanwhile, their Rapid TLC Service delivers understanding support to help lift the spirits and ease the stress of the child and their family in whatever way we can. This can range from a surprise birthday package, to a day out for the family, to helping out with household costs, to assisting with bereavement.
TLC for Kids are hosting a cheese and wine night with us at Milk the Cow to raise much needed funds to help with their programs. Join us for a guided wine and cheese flight with the experts, for a good cause.
