Individual fondue pots

Gooey, delicious artisan cheese fondues served in our individual fondue pots and accompanied by crusty bread. Available all weekend and after 5pm weekdays.

KAAS MIT WEIN ZU KOCHEN $20

Translation: ‘To cook cheese with wine.’ This was apparently fondue’s original name when created in Zurich in the 1600’s. Our take on the classic fondue, it features Swiss Gruyere, Appenzeller, Comte & Emmenthal.

FIGUGEGL $19

Figugegl, an abbreviation for ‘Fondue isch guet und git e guetiluune’ meaning ‘Fondue is good and creates a good mood.’ Features Herve Mons Cantal, Barbers Cheddar & Emmenthal, cooked with beer.

THE GRUNDLEGEND $35

Grundlegend is alpine slang for ‘The Ultimate'. Fitting, as this is the ultimate fondue! Il Forteto Cacio di Bosca Tartufo Stagionato, Swiss Appenzeller & Gruyere L'Etivaz are cooked with Remy Martin VSOP, Madame Coco Blanc de Blancs Brut & truffle honey. Accompanied with a ramekin of Stanton & Killeen Rutherglen topaque.

Classic cooked cheese dish favourites with a signature Milk the Cow twist. Available all weekend and after 5pm on weekdays.

BAKED CAMEMBERT $22

Camembert reaches new heights when cooked with a combination of garlic, fresh herbs and a splash of white wine. Served with crusty baguette.

RACLETTE $25

Two types of Raclette cheese, melted over seasoned potatoes with prosciutto, cornichons & white wine.

DE LASANIS $25

The classic mac’n’cheese is reborn using Gruyere Vieux and Marcel Petit Comte cheeses, Perigold truffle oil and Courvoisier VS cognac.

BAKED BRIE $22

Yarra Valley Yering bathed in French cider, Armagnac, truffle honey, macadamia nuts, fig & pistachio. 

FLAMING SAGANAKI $15

Created by Cypriot shepherds and served as it was in the 1960s Greektown, Chicago. Pan fried in Milk the Cow olive oil and lemon juice, soaked in Grand Marnier Liqueur to serve.

FRENCH ONION SOUP $10

The classic French dish, garnished with the most classic of French cheeses, Marcel Petite Comte.

Fresh Burrata, with wild fresh honeycomb, white balsamic pearls and served with grilled baguette.

Short batch artisan gelato made in collaboration with Higgs & Co. to reflect the flavours of our signature cocktails. 

Henrietta's Blend Gelato: Gin, goat chevre and strawberry.  

Fig Shrub Gelato: Vodka, blue cheese, fig and pear.
