    Father-daughter duo Gavin & Amy Shaw are on a mission to make everyone a gin lover.

    In aid of this very worthy mission, we're inviting them to our place for two spirited nights of Gin & Cheese Matching.

    Join us for a guided flight of four of Hillmartin Distillery's award-winning, smooth gins, perfectly paired with four artisan cheeses from our cabinet.

    Gavin & Amy will talk us personally through their processes and products while our cheese experts lend their knowledge on picking the perfect cheese and gin matches.
